The GMY(X) series center-drive mill reducer is a new generation of high-end domestic products with milestone significance in the field of large-scale mill transmission equipment in my country. At the same time, it has carried out hundreds of targeted optimization designs for the harsh working conditions (high dust, heavy impact, variable load, long-term continuous operation, etc.) of domestic cement production lines and metal mine beneficiation plants.
The GMY(X) series center-drive mill reducer includes a main reduction drive and a slow-speed drive system, as well as auxiliary devices and systems such as diaphragm couplings, lubrication and cooling oil stations, and multi-channel humidity control monitoring.
The main reduction drive of the reducer is a parallel-shaft involute cylindrical gear drive, employing a power-split transmission structure. The slow-speed drive uses a standardized transmission device, which can meet various structural layout requirements such as front-drive and rear-drive.
The GMY series reducer adopts a power-split, two-stage, coaxial transmission structure. The GMYX series reducer uses a three-stage reduction structure; the first stage uses planetary gear transmission, and the second and third stages have the same transmission structure as the GMY series reducer.
All transmission gears in the reducer are made of low-carbon alloy steel, and after surface carburizing and hardening, they are manufactured using high-precision gear technology, resulting in high transmission accuracy and load-bearing capacity. The reducer housing adopts a welded structure, possessing sufficiently high strength and rigidity.
The reducer connection uses a diaphragm coupling, effectively solving the shaft misalignment error between the mill and the reducer, and providing excellent buffering and vibration isolation performance. The GMY(X) series center-drive mill reducer features small size, light weight, high load capacity, stable and reliable operation, long service life, convenient installation and maintenance, and simple operation.
The GMY(X) series center-drive mill reducer can be widely used in raw material mills and cement equipment in the building materials industry, and also in the metallurgical, mining, and sugar refining industries.
